Roadmap

Four stages, in an order set on 9 October 2026: first get as many people moving as possible, then make the project sustainable.

  1. BetaIn progress

    The points challenge

A weekly Ranked challenge, Solo challenges and challenges with friends, an overall leaderboard and five levels. No money, on iPhone.

Measures the share of finishers at 10,000 steps, retention, cheating and the share of players willing to pay 10 CHF.

  2. V1Next

    Sponsored challenges

Free challenges branded by insurance agencies, municipalities and local businesses, with a perk for every finisher and a prize draw. iPhone and Android.

Prepared during the beta: sponsor contracts, the Android app and a web area for sponsors.

  3. V2Next

    The entry-fee challenge

10 CHF entry fee plus a 1 CHF organisation fee, run as a sports competition. iPhone and web.

Prepared during V1: a lawyer’s opinion, a VAT ruling and a payment provider.

  4. V3Next

    Health insurers

An annual fee paid by insurers, a monthly certificate issued with the policyholder’s consent, and a bonus on supplementary insurance.

Talks start during the beta; a pilot can come before V2 if an insurer signs earlier.

Next steps
